It would take a rocket scientist
Did you ever feel like it would take a rocket scientist to understand how to solve a problem confronting you?
Whether it's understanding the instructions in a recipe, getting your new computer set up or figuring out how to use an app on your cell phone, there comes a time when you get the feeling that it would take a rocket scientist to figure things out.
I seem to find myself in that situation more and more. Are things getting more complicated or am I just getting older and dumber? I catch myself thinking, "The rest of the world seems to be able to figure this out, why can't I do it?
The old joke comes to mind that says, "Think about how dumb the average person is and then realize that half of them are dumber than that." I like to think I'm not in the bottom half--maybe I am. Maybe that's the problem.
Having a rocket scientist available to explain things to you won't help. I can hear you saying, "Sure it would."
The reason I know it won't help is because when I was first out of engineering school I worked for NASA on the telemetry system for their Appolo rocket.
Does that make me a "rocket scientists? If it does, I'm convinced that it takes more than rocket scientists to figure things out these days.
That's especially true when it comes to RVs
