RVing is cheaper than therapy

Whether you're feeling burned out, worn out, or stressed out (whatever you want to call it), it's real and if you're experiencing it, you have to find a way to deal with it.

For a lot of people, they choose pills, alcohol, counseling, divorce, or a combination of these options.

But, there are other options for dealing with stress.

For example, I know two couples who had already filed for divorce when they decided to try living full time in an RV and give their marriage one more chance.

It worked for both couples. Now two years later, they're happier than ever.

RVs and Stress Can't Co-exist

There are a lot of things about living full time in an RV than can be stressful, but that's a different kind of stress. Most things about living in an RV that are stressful are minor things, (such as a blown tire, a water pump that quit working, or your refrigerator died and you will need to spend $1,800 to get a new one installed).

These stressful things can be solved in two ways. One way is to write a check and stop being stressed about the problem. The second way is to change your attitude and just deal with the problem.

You can't deal with most of the other personal problems that cause you stress in this manner. In most cases, you can't write a check and make a stressful situation disappear.

You can break free

You can break free of what's causing you stress, but you have to take action and make changes. Living full time in an RV is not a solution for everyone. It may not be the solution for you, but it's one of the options you could consider.

Stress can kill you and for sure stress reduces your immune system and will make you a lot more susceptible to being sick. If you're feeling stressed, do something immediately to get rid of the stress. It's important for you to take action.

Bottom line: Getting help from a professional is one option to consider, but just talking about what's causing your stress probably won't make it go away. In most cases, you need to make some changes in your life, and maybe a major change. By all means--do something. Don't continue to live with stress.
