Mangos falling out of the sky

Maybe one of the hazards of living in paradise is having to put up with mangos falling out of the sky, but it really happened.

Yesterday I was standing out in the yard, and a big, ripe mango fell out of the sky and landed at my feet. I carried it inside, peeled it, and ate it. It was super sweet.

I was standing under a huge mango tree, so maybe that's where it came from, but since I didn't see it fall off the tree, I'm going to stick with the story that it fell out of the sky.

On to a more important subject

The picture at the top of the article is my latest book which will be published in a couple of weeks. I have some beta readers reading over it now to help me find all of my errors.

If you would like a PDF pre-publication copy of my book, send your email address to [email protected], and I'll send it right out. I would love for you to be one of my beta readers and help me find the errors in the book.

I'm off to Nicaragua

At 5:00 a.m. Sunday, I'll leave for a three-hour trip to Nicaragua. I'll walk across the border, get my passport stamped, and return to Costa Rica. Then I'll be legal to stay here for another 90 days.

Bottom line: It's hard to believe I've been here almost 90 days. It's a relaxing place to be productive and write a book. I hope to have another book finished before I leave in mid-July.
