Different ways to live
There are several different ways to live.
You could live in an RVer, be a digital nomad or live the way I do and do both. I live six months of the year in my motorhome and six months outside the US as a digital nomad.
There are several other options too. Here are some of them.
- You could live off-grid in a cabin
- You could live a vagabonding lifestyle like Rolf Potts describes in his popular book, Vagabonding
- You could live in your car
- You could get creative and come up with your own idea of a different lifestyle.
Of course, maybe you don't want to live a different lifestyle. Perhaps you're happy living just the way you're living now.
So many people are living the RVing lifestyle now that maybe it's no longer considered so different, but I think it still is. I'm constantly meeting people who consider living full-time in an RV strange or weird.
Whether in my motorhome or out of the country, I spend most of my time writing and publishing books. That's how I earn the money to pay for my somewhat different lifestyle.
What should my books and website be about?
Deciding which direction to go with my books and website is complex. How much of it should be about living the RVing lifestyle, how much about being a digital nomad, and how much about writing and publishing books on Amazon?
Should I have three subscriber lists and three websites? Should I decide on one of the topics and scrap the other two? Or should I continue writing about all three (which is what I've been doing for the last year)?
How do I grow my subscriber list when covering three different topics? I don't think many people are interested in all three.
Putting those three topics together, I'm living a different lifestyle.
Maybe that should be the theme--different and unusual ways to live.
Bottom line: I would love to hear your thoughts, opinions, and comments about which of these topics you're interested in.
