Do you have a dream?

By having a dream, I don't mean a dream such as "Full-time RVing would be nice," kind of dream.

No, I'm not talking about just the ordinary, everyday kind of dream.

I'm talking about an unrealistic, crazy sort of dream that makes your heart sing and brings a little light into the dull routine of your day.

That's the kind of dream you need if you're ever going to start living the full-time RVing lifestyle.

That's the way Becky Schade described the kind of dream you need in her book, The Little Guide to Dreaming Big. If you need help formulating your dream, here's a link to Becky's book:

Brittany and Eric at http://rvwanderlust.com/ put it this way:

"We chose the RV lifestyle not to escape life, but so that life doesn't escape us."

It's something to think about.

Imagine what it would be like to live and travel full-time in your RV--traveling and changing your location anytime you want to.

Hold that picture and thought in your mind and then compare that to your life now. Which way would you be happier? You can't decide until you start dreaming and picturing yourself living the RV lifestyle. In other words...

Nothing will happen until you start dreaming.

When we were kids, we were always dreaming and playing make-believe. As we got older, dreaming was frowned upon. Daydreaming was more or less considered to be goofing off.

Forget about the stigma that sometimes goes with dreaming and just start dreaming.

And if your dreams don't scare you, maybe they're not big enough.

A lot of people think of a dream as wishful thinking. For example, they dream of winning the lottery. But that kind of dream won't cut it. If you're going to make RVing a reality, your dream has to be more than wishful thinking.

It has to be a burning desire. It has to be something that you're going to make happen come hell or high water, as the saying goes.

Have a dream, go for it, and make it happen.

Bottom line: Having your dream is the most important thing when it comes to considering the RVing lifestyle. As the words in the song from South Pacific say,

"If you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?"

Do you have that dream?

Do you have a dream&##x3f;

Can you dream of taking your RV to beaches like this? Probably not, since this is in the South Pacific, but you can find places just as amazing that you can discover when you live in an RV.
