The amazing cure for back pain

How to quickly cure back pain

An amazing discovery

I had back pain so bad that I couldn't walk across the room without holding on to something until I discovered this amazing cure.

The best part is that I didn't have to see a doctor or take pills. Hopefully, it will work for you too.

Here's how I cured my back pain

I'll start at the beginning. A few weeks ago, just before I took a quick trip back to the US from Costa Rica, I started having back pain. By the time I returned, my back pain was so bad that I didn't dare try to walk directly across a room. I would walk next to the wall so I could hold on and steady myself.

I know that sitting in airplane seats on long flights and putting luggage in the overhead bins didn't help, but since the pain started before I left, I know that wasn't the only cause of my back pain.

While I was in the US, hobbling around and complaining about my back, two different people told me how to do some exercises that might help relieve the pain. As soon as I returned, I was hurting so bad that I was ready to try anything. I decided to do both of the exercises I had been told about.

I was hurting so much that it was hard to get up and move around, so I kept putting off doing the exercises. I had intended to do both of the exercises faithfully.

After one week, my pain was gone

My pain gradually got better, and then after about a week, one day, I realized that my pain was gone. I've been completely pain-free for two weeks.

I'm sure you would like to know what those two exercises were. It doesn't matter because I never got around to doing either of them. I just intended to do the exercises.

Based on my experience, I'm convinced that the way to cure back pain is to have good intentions to do some exercises. Obviously, you don't have to do the exercises. The important thing is that you have good intentions to do them.

I'm living proof that it pays to have good intentions

At least, the technique worked wonders for me.

Bottom line: To cure back pain, the key point to remember is that you absolutely must have good intentions to do your back exercises. If your back pain is severe, you may need to actually do some exercises, but hopefully, just having good intentions to do them will work wonders for you. It did for me.
